Welcome to Biyala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, features, content, and applications. By accessing or using Biyala, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
1. Nature of the Platform & Services
Biyala is a hybrid e-commerce and loyalty platform that operates in multiple capacities:
- Biyala Exclusives: Products owned, inventoried, and directly sold by Biyala to consumers.
- Partner Brands: Direct redirect links or affiliate offers where Biyala showcases products from third-party vendors such as Amazon or Myntra. Clicking these options redirects the user to external platforms.
- Third-Party Fulfillment: Certain orders placed on Biyala may be routed, processed, and shipped through trusted secondary distribution networks and strategic fulfillment partners.
- Corporate Supplies: Dedicated B2B enquiry infrastructure for corporate gifting, bulk ordering, and commercial procurement.
- Gamification Engine: Engagement modules that allow users to participate in digital games to earn rewards and loyalty points.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features, including Shopping Cart, Order History, and Game Rewards, you must register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed your legal responsibility.
- Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account. Standard verification protocols may be applied to eliminate duplicate or fraudulent profiles.
3. Product Classifications & Liability Disclaimer
Biyala Exclusives: We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, specifications, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, pricing, stock availability, and delivery feasibility are subject to change without prior notice.
Partner Brands: For products labeled under "Partner Brands", Biyala acts strictly as an advertising or intermediate showcase platform. We do not process payments, handle shipping, or manage returns for affiliate products. Any transaction executed after redirecting to a partner site is exclusively governed by that specific merchant's terms. Biyala disclaims liability regarding consumer disputes, defective products, or financial losses incurred on third-party domains.
Third-Party Fulfillment Orders: For orders fulfilled through external networks, delivery timelines and carrier updates depend on external service providers. Biyala remains your primary point of contact for tracking, but operational liabilities regarding transit delays are bound by standard courier logistics policies.
4. Corporate Supply Enquiries
- Submission of an enquiry via the Corporate Supply section does not constitute a binding commercial contract or guaranteed pricing.
- Quotations provided by our B2B team are custom-generated, time-bound, and confidential.
- Bulk orders executed under Corporate Supply may be subject to separate execution agreements, customized commercial terms, separate invoicing, and distinct return or refund policies.
5. Gamification, Rewards, and Loyalty Points
- Conversion Architecture: Game points earned through the gaming module hold no independent monetary or real-world cash value. They can only be converted into Biyala Loyalty Points based on the prevailing ratio defined by the system administration.
- System Capping: B2C engagement and winning limits are restricted by built-in daily point caps. Biyala reserves the right to audit, modify, or reset daily winning limits to protect the platform's economic structure.
- Fair Play Clause: The use of automated scripts, bots, bugs, emulators, or unauthorized technical modification to compromise the gaming interface is strictly prohibited.
- Account Termination: Any account flagged by system logs for suspicious activity, anomalous point generation, or unfair manipulation may face immediate point forfeiture and permanent ban without notice.
- Expirations & Adjustments: Biyala reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the gamification module, point values, or redeemable catalogs at any time.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Serviceability
- PIN Code Verification: Order placement is conditional upon delivery serviceability. Users must verify their exact 6-digit PIN code during checkout.
- Service Limitations: If a location becomes unserviceable due to logistical constraints, administrative updates, or courier partner limitations, Biyala reserves the right to cancel the order and process a full refund.
- Partial/Sub-Order Execution: Single orders containing multiple items may be split into separate tracking lines. Sub-orders may arrive separately, and individual statuses can be updated independently.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform assets, including the Biyala name, branding elements, logo designs, custom ticker formats, specific code logic, user-interface dashboards, promotional banner layouts, and game mechanisms, are the exclusive intellectual property of Biyala. Unauthorized reproduction, data scraping, or copying of design structures is legally actionable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Biyala, its directors, employees, or tech partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of technical downtimes, network lags, temporary server sync issues, admin panel modifications, or payment failure issues occurring through external UPI nodes or third-party banking checkouts.
9. Amendments to Terms
Biyala reserves the right to revise, update, or overhaul these Terms and Conditions at any point. Updated versions will be effective immediately upon being published live on this URL page. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, conflicts, or administrative claims arising out of or in connection with the usage of Biyala shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

C. Information Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
- Affiliate Disclaimer: When you click on Partner Brands, you are redirected to external domains such as Amazon or Myntra. We do not share your Biyala account data with these platforms. Their collection of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Fulfillment Partners: We share your delivery details, including name, address, PIN code, and phone number, with our logistics networks and third-party fulfillment partners solely to execute order delivery.
- Legal Mandates: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including a court or government agency in New Delhi.
D. Data Security
We implement electronic safeguards and multi-layered access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping and engaging with Biyala. Please read the terms governing order cancellations and financial refunds carefully.
A. Cancellation Policy
- Biyala Exclusives: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been marked as "Dispatched" in our Admin Center. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
- Partner Brands: Biyala does not process cancellations for affiliate products. You must log in to the respective third-party platform where the actual purchase was completed and follow their merchant guidelines.
- Corporate Supply Orders: Bulk orders executed under corporate contracts cannot be cancelled once production, sourcing, or logo-branding has commenced.
B. Refund Policy for In-House & Fulfillment Orders
- Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product from our in-house catalog, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with valid unpacking video or photographic proof.
- Refund Mode: Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery or UPI transactions will be credited back to the customer's verified bank account or digital wallet within 5-7 business days.
- Logistical Failures: If an order is cancelled by us due to location unserviceability or sudden stockouts, a 100% refund will be initiated to the source account.
C. Gamification and Reward Points Refund
Loyalty Points used to redeem items from our Redeem Catalog are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for game points or real cash under any circumstances.
If a redeemed item is damaged during transit, a replacement will be issued. No point rollbacks will occur.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the logistics workflows, timelines, and service parameters managed by Biyala.
A. PIN Code Serviceability & Verification
All shipments are bound strictly by geographic feasibility. Users must input a valid 6-digit PIN code at checkout. Our system validates the PIN against our active database. If our logistics channels or courier partners do not service that specific sector, the order checkout structure will remain disabled.
B. Delivery Timelines
- Processing Time: In-stock items under Biyala Exclusives are packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment hubs within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
- Transit Duration: Standard transit takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination state and district.
- Delays: Biyala is not legally liable for external logistics delays caused by extreme weather conditions, festive courier backlogs, or administrative restrictions.
C. Splitting into Sub-Orders
To optimize delivery speeds, orders containing multiple products may be split into individual line items or sub-orders. Each sub-order will carry its own unique tracking extension, such as ORD-XXXXX-01 or ORD-XXXXX-02. These items may be dispatched from different warehouses or fulfillment sources and may arrive on different days.
D. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are dynamic and clearly declared on the final checkout screen before you confirm payment. Certain high-tier products or exclusive loyalty catalog redemptions may qualify for free delivery based on promotional parameters set by the management.
E. Affiliate Shipment Exclusions
Products selected under Partner Brands are shipped directly by their respective external vendors. Biyala does not pack, track, or control the logistics velocity of affiliate orders.
