1. About Biyala Media

Biyala Media provides digital marketing and business growth support, including Meta Ads planning, Facebook and Instagram advertising support, lead generation strategy, retargeting, tracking consultation, landing page advisory, and related performance marketing services.

2. Enquiries and Service Scope

  • Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a confirmed service contract.
  • Any paid work, deliverables, pricing, timelines, reporting format, and payment terms will be confirmed separately through a written proposal, invoice, email confirmation, or agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate business details, contact information, website or social links, and campaign requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of product, service, price, offer, testimonial, legal, and promotional claims shared with us.
  • You must have permission to use any logo, image, video, customer data, brand asset, or advertising material provided to Biyala Media.
  • You are responsible for timely approvals, ad account access, page access, website access, ad spend funding, and implementation support where required.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Meta, Google, WhatsApp, analytics, hosting, CRM, email, and other third-party tools operate under their own terms, platform rules, review systems, billing rules, and data practices. We are not responsible for third-party policy changes, outages, account restrictions, ad rejections, tracking gaps, or platform decisions.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are separate from advertising budget unless clearly stated in writing. Delayed payment may lead to pause, delay, or suspension of service support.

6. Intellectual Property

Biyala Media website content, frameworks, page structure, reports, strategy documents, and internal processes belong to Biyala Media unless otherwise agreed. Client-provided assets remain owned by the client or the original rights holder.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction.

Biyala Media collects and uses information needed to respond to business enquiries, understand campaign requirements, improve our website, and provide agreed services.

  • Name, business name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, website URL, social media links, business category, budget range, and message.
  • Website interaction data such as page visits, form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, call clicks, referrer, UTM source, device type, and browser information.
  • Client service data such as campaign access, brand assets, invoices, reports, and communication records when you become a client.

2. How We Use Information

Biyala Media does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, conversions, revenue, return on ad spend, ranking, reach, or profit unless a specific guarantee is expressly confirmed in a signed written agreement.
