Account & Profile
Do I need to create an account to shop on Biyala?
Yes. An account is required for cart, checkout, order history, loyalty points, game rewards, and profile-based benefits. This helps Biyala connect every purchase and reward activity to the correct member.
Which login options are available?
Biyala supports email/password login and Google login. New members may also be asked to complete their profile by adding a valid mobile number and required personal details.
Why does Biyala ask for mobile verification?
Mobile verification helps collect accurate member contact details for order confirmation, delivery updates, account recovery, and important service communication.
Can I edit my name, mobile number, and profile photo?
Yes. You can manage your profile details from the account page. If mobile verification is active, a changed mobile number may need OTP verification before it is saved as verified.
What is KYC status on my profile?
KYC status is used only when extra verification is required for business, compliance, or high-value workflows. Biyala should collect sensitive identity details only when there is a clear business or legal need.

Shopping & Products
What are Biyala Exclusives?
Biyala Exclusives are products listed and managed directly on Biyala. These products can be added to cart, ordered through Biyala checkout, and may be eligible for loyalty points depending on active rules.
What are Partner Brand products?
Partner Brand products may redirect you to an external marketplace or brand website. Product price, payment, shipping, return, and support for such products are handled by that external platform.
Where can I see product details before buying?
Open the product page to view available details such as price, images, product information, variants, delivery charge, loyalty points, and return policy where available.
Are product colors and sizes managed separately?
Product variants such as color and size can be managed by the admin when the product is created or updated. Availability depends on how the product has been configured in the catalog.

Orders & Delivery
Why do I need to verify my delivery PIN code?
PIN code verification confirms whether delivery is currently available in your area. It also helps fetch clean location details such as post office, district, and state to reduce incorrect address data.
What is the difference between permanent address and delivery address?
Permanent address is your fixed profile address. Delivery address is the address used for an order. Your last delivery address can be shown by default to make future checkout faster.
Where can I view my order history?
Go to your account page and open the order section. You can view past orders, order status, order details, items, delivery information, and related loyalty point activity where available.
Why can one order have sub-orders?
If an order has multiple items, Biyala may split it into sub-orders for faster and cleaner fulfillment. Each sub-order can have its own status, delivery partner, and tracking updates.
When will my order status update?
Order status updates when the admin or fulfillment workflow changes it. Typical statuses may include pending, confirmed, dispatched, delivered, cancelled, or returned.

Payments
Which payment methods can Biyala support?
Biyala can support Cash on Delivery, manual UPI, and online payment gateway options depending on what is enabled by the admin and payment provider setup.
Should I save payment details on Biyala?
For safety, Biyala should not store sensitive card, UPI PIN, CVV, or netbanking password details. Online payments should be processed through a trusted payment gateway.
What is a UTR or reference number?
For manual UPI payments, the UTR or reference number helps verify that a payment was made. Biyala may ask for this number when manual payment verification is used.

Rewards, Tiers & Games
How do I earn Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points may be earned on eligible delivered orders based on admin-defined rules. Points are generally credited after successful delivery and after any return or cancellation risk period is completed.
How can I redeem Loyalty Points?
Open the rewards catalogue, choose an eligible reward, and complete the redemption flow. The required points are deducted from your available balance when the reward order is placed.
What are Game Points?
Game Points are earned inside eligible games. They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. If conversion is enabled, they can be converted into Loyalty Points based on the active conversion rule.
What happens if I leave the game page before converting points?
If you have unconverted Game Points in the current session, the game page can warn you before leaving. Unconverted session points may be lost if you exit without converting them.
Is there a daily winning limit?
Yes. Biyala may apply a daily limit on game winnings or converted Loyalty Points to keep the rewards program fair and sustainable.
How does the membership tier system work?
Every member starts at Bronze. Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers are calculated from annual delivered order value based on admin settings. The current yearly reset is planned for 1 October.

Cancellation, Refund & Returns
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation depends on order status and the active cancellation policy. Orders may be cancellable before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be available.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number, product details, and proof such as photos or an unpacking video. Review the Cancellation & Refund Policy for policy details.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are usually processed within the policy timeline and may depend on payment mode, bank processing, or wallet provider processing time.
Are redeemed reward points refundable?
Reward points used for redemption are generally non-refundable unless a specific exception is approved under the active policy or support workflow.

Corporate Supply
What is Corporate Supply?
Corporate Supply is for bulk buying, office supply, employee gifting, reseller buying, institutional supply, and customized business requirements.
How do I request a quote?
Open the Corporate Supply page, select products if available, and submit the enquiry form. You can also submit a custom requirement without selecting a product.
Can I select multiple corporate products before sending an enquiry?
Yes. You can select products from the corporate catalogue and then send one enquiry with all selected items.
Is a submitted enquiry a confirmed order?
No. An enquiry is only a request for quotation. Pricing, availability, payment terms, and delivery terms are finalized separately by the Biyala team.

How does Biyala use my personal information?
Biyala uses member information to manage accounts, process orders, verify delivery addresses, send transaction updates, maintain rewards, and respond to support or corporate enquiries. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Will I receive order updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp?
Biyala can send order confirmation and delivery updates through enabled channels such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Availability depends on admin configuration and approved provider templates.
How can I avoid fake links or fraud?
Use only official Biyala pages and trusted payment links. Never share OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, or account password with anyone. Biyala support should never ask for sensitive payment passwords.
